Heavy and bulky products (more than 20kg or exceeding size 30”x30”x30”/whatever is more) will be delivered on ground floor if your delivery address is located in a building or apartment. To get delivery on addressed floor in invoice you may have to give extra charges to delivery person according to their policy. Please note that TRUWUD does not take responsibility for this purpose.

If a delivery date has been arranged with you in advance but you are not able to accept the delivery when the delivery team arrives, Courier service may have to charge you a re-delivery fee.
